Same-day Delivery Services

The following conditions are required:

1. Order must be over HKD 1800 net.
2. Order and payment must be received by 9 am, Monday to Saturday.  In the event of paying by bank deposit, Chlibaby needs to receive the full payment in bank account prior to dispatching the goods.
3. Same-day delivery services are provided by our logistics partners and are not available in all areas.
4. Goods will arrive before 6pm for commercial addresses and 9pm for residential addresses.  Customer is responsible to sign the receipt of delivery.
5. No refund or order cancellation due to unsuccessful same-day delivery for any reasons.
6. In the event of extreme weather including but not limited to Black Rain Warning or Typhoon 8 or above, this service will be suspended.
7. This service will be suspended should our logistic partners' normal operations are affected due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. All delivery times are estimates only.  It is not liable to any direct or indirect costs incurred due to delivery delays.  Customer fully accepts the risks prior to using services.
