Customer has the responsilty to consider carefully on the use, color, dimension of the products before he / she puchases the items. We do not accept any return or refund request due to customer's own misunderstanding for the use, color, dimension, etc. after receiving the goods.
1. Unreasonable return/exchange is not accepted.
Return/exchange must be applied within 7 days upon receiving the goods. Any disputes after this period will not be processed.
2. If customer make a mistake of purchasing on his /her own, the company does not provide refunds or exchanges.
3. After the company receives the customer's return/exchange request, it will forward it to the agent to confirm whether there is a quality problem. If the agent confirm return or exchange the goods can be arranged, we will notify the customer of the relevant arrangements.
4.Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged. The package of the merchandise must not be opened or torn.
5. If customer refuses to comply with our return/exchange policies, which leads to failure to collect goods from customer, then customer gives up the right to return/exchange with us and we would not process the request.
6. We reserves the right to return/refund.
7. Customer is liable for all costs arisen from the return/exchange of goods.
8. All parrallel import goods are not eligible for return/exchange.
9. All products with sealed labels are not eligible for return/exchange.
10. All return/exchange goods need to be taken to our shop. If customer is not able to come in person, customer could pay the shipping fee for the goods.
11. If the goods are delivered to customer for free and customer wishes to return/exchange the goods, customer needs to pay the shippping fee ($50-$150) for return/exchange.
12. For credit card purchase, there is 5% charge for return/exchange of goods.
Unreasonable return / exchange is not accepted.
We reserves the final right to make decision of the return or refund.
